Determination on Improving Company Performance through Discipline, Training, and Compensation

Abstract: This paper tries to explain and analyze the influence of discipline, training, and compensation on employee performance. In this study, the phenomenon was portray through the problems that occurred in the Pardic Jaya Chemicals Company, which experienced a decline in sales due to a reduction in production levels caused by the performance of its employees.
