Developing a model for examining the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge sharing on organizational performance based on EFQM approach

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of the current study was to examine the influence of knowledge sharing on organizational performance in sport organizations. Design/methodology/approach -A sample of sport managers in Iran completed a survey designed to identify and measure this relationship. The research sample was obtained through snowball sampling.
