Developing A Moodle-Based Learning Management System (LMS) for Slow Learners

Abstract: This study aimed to develop a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) called eLSIDA (e-Learning STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo Asistif), which is validly used by students slow to study at STKIP PGRI Sidoarjo.
