Abstract:A novel MnO2/NiOOH fibrous positive electrode for Fuel Cell/Battery (FCB) systems has been proposed. FCB systems containing manganese dioxide and metal hydride (MH) as active materials for the positive and negative electrodes, respectively, have been found to be attractive energy storage and power generation systems because they can function as both fuel cells and secondary batteries with high energy and power density. Moreover, they can also be chemically charged by gaseous hydrogen and oxygen supply. However… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
