Development of Individual Counseling Guidelines with Reframing Techniques to Reduce Nomophobia

Abstract: The study utilized Research and Development (R&D) design. The purpose of the study was to develop and to determine the feasibility of products in the form of individual counseling guidelines for reframing techniques to reduce nomophobia in students.
