The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of Electronic LKPD of local wisdom-based that were valid, practical, and effective to improve student learning outcomes, especially in science subjects in elementary school. The research design used is Research and Development (RD) design, the procedure or stage of developing local wisdom-based Electronic LKPD used a development research procedure consisting of eight stages starting from finding potential and problems, until the report preparation stage. The average in the control group was 69.96, while the average of the experimental class was 83.31. The t-test results gained a Sig. value of 0.028 0.05, it concluded that there was a significant difference between the average student learning outcomes of the control group and the experimental group. The N-Gain test results also show that the average N-Gain value for the control class is 25.1%, while the average N-Gain value for the experimental class is 58.3%. These results proved that electronic LKPDs based on local wisdom are effective as learning media to improve student learning outcomes. Electronic LKPDs based on local wisdom as teaching materials for learning Natural Sciences are more effective in improving student learning outcomes. Learning by using Electronic LKPD of local wisdom-based as a medium for learning Natural Sciences was more effective, which is indicated by the increase in student learning outcomes both cognitive and psychomotor. Learning by using Electronic LKPD based on local wisdom as a medium for learning Natural Sciences contributes to better student learning outcomes because with Electronic LKPD of local wisdom-based learning becomes effective, students were more interested and enthusiastic in learning. The conclusion of this research is that Electronic LKPD of local wisdom-based was effective as a learning media to improve student learning outcomes.

To leadership to the principal of the school plays an important role in improve the competence of teachers in their schools. Efforts to increase this are carried out by making policies that are translated into programs to increase teacher competency. This study aims to describe; (1) Principal Management in Improving Teacher Competence; (2) Principal Management Success in Increasing Teacher Competence; (3) Supporting factors, inhibiting factors and solutions for Principal Management in Improving Teacher Competence at SD N Medan City, North Sumatra. This research is in the form of qualitative research, the data collection method used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that Principal management in improving teacher competence, namely : (1) Involving teachers in training, training and seminars, (2) Implementation of supervision (3) Prioritizing discipline, (4) Motivating teachers. Application of leadership management school principals in improving teacher competence greatly affect the competence of teachers in SD N Medan City, North Sumatra, namely that the teachers have started apply the basic competency standards regulated by the government as well as possible. In implementing the program there will be supporting factors, inhibiting factors and leadership management solutions principal in improving teacher competence in Elementary School Medan City, North Sumatra.

Learner Worksheets (LKPD) are teaching materials that encourage students to learn independently that are methodically created based on a specific syllabus, packaged in a certain time unit, and displayed by utilizing online learning technology. The purpose of this project is to create an online Student Worksheet (LKPD) for students that focuses on answering math problems. It uses a development research (R&D) approach with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) in its creation. This research was conducted to determine the validity and practicality of LKPD based on mathematical problem solving on line and angle material in Sungai Penuh City. The instruments used are validation sheets and practicality sheets. Based on the results of the Material Expert test, an average score of 93% was obtained in the Very Valid category, and the results of the Media Expert test reached an average score of 91.81% in the Very Valid category. The results of the math teacher's response received a score of 100% in the Very Practical category and the results of student responses received an average score of 89.37% in the Very Practical category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the online Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on mathematical problem solving is valid and practical for use as a learning resource. A valid and practical online LKPD can help improve learning effectiveness by allowing students to learn independently and interactively with teaching materials designed according to their needs.
