Development of operation and maintenance sustainability index for penarafan hijau jabatan kerja raya (pHJKR) green road rating system

Abstract: The significant impact of infrastructure projects on the environment has created needs to assess its sustainability and responsiveness which indirectly respond to carbon emission reduction.
