the article describes experience in dynamic development of the SuEK-Khakassia regional production association based on progressive balanced sustainable increase in the utility level of its fictitious, intangible and tangible assets. It describes the effects of the real utility level of assets on the competi tiveness of the company. a continuous production improvement system is presented and the key principle of its successful performance is described, i.e. through developing the personnel we develop the company, through developing the company we develop the personnel.
