В статье представлен опыт создания и внедрения уникальной методики подготовки и проведения мероприятий, обеспечивающих прохождение дистанционной производственной практики студентами ВУЗов в период ограничительных мер пандемии в ООО «СУЭК-Хакасия». Вынужденные ограничительные меры, связанные с пандемией Covid-19, повлияли на стратегию обновления форм и методов сотрудничества производственного объединения с ВУЗами, что, в свою очередь, является одной из граней перенастройки человеческого потенциала, модернизации производственной и корпоративной культуры угледобывающего объединения.
