Development of Remote Jobs as a Factor to Increase Labor Efficiency

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to assess the effectiveness of remote work and the determining factors of its development. Based on the survey for December 2020 - January 2021, with 528 employees of insurance companies in Georgia, the features of remote work have been determined.
