The purpose of this study was to design digital teaching material of higher education. This study is making the prototype or design of digital teaching material to support the learning of the Industrial Revolution era 4.0. The design of this study adapting by SDLC model. The aim of this study is to digital teaching material in Industrial Revolution 4.0 that can be accessed by students anywhere and anytime without any limitations on time, space and internet quota. The digital teaching material is used on an android mobile.

The goal of this research was to know the gain of student achievement that taught by using dubido. The research has been done in Chemistry Educational Study Program in Unimed. The experimental class was given treatment with teaching by using dubido media based on contextual. The experimental class has fulfilled the requirement for normality and homogenity test. The mean of pretest results and posttest results were 36.615 and 82.769. The increase of posttest results indicated that learning by using dubido based on contextual can improve students achievement. The increase of students achievement signed by percent of gain with the value of gain percent was 74. The result of t test was obtained from tcount is more than t table (2.038 is more than 1.671) at a is 0.05, it means that the implementation of dubido based on contextual was given positive effect to increase students achievement.

Environment is inseparable from human life. Human negligence in building industry without caring the impact on environment can damage the physical and biological environment slowly and indirectly. Therefore an effort to preserve the quality of environment, especially for the environment adjacent to the settlement, is necessary and can be performed in various ways including technology utilization. Technology develops rapidly and electronic devices have become one compulsory device to be owned. Wastewater is industrial waste should be controlled prior to passing surrounding environment to avoid pollution. One way to control it is controlling its pH of, this is performed by early warning on pH level. This paper focused on designing control device for industrial waste water pH that is able to inform an early when on concentration of industrial waste water under normal limit water.
