Development of the Critical Reflective Skills of Students Asa Descriptor of Innovation in Modern Education

Abstract

The authors study the problem of the descriptors of innovation in education which contribute to the improvement in quality of training of college graduates. The importance of forming an education strategy for sustainable development in order to train a competent, mobile and creative worker capable of solving innovative tasks in changing socio-economic circumstances has been determined. The change in emphasis away from the procedural component of education towards the eff ective training has been highlighted. This actualizes the subjective position of a student that is related to the integration of personal meanings, social and market demand. The descriptors of the innovative potential of mathematical training of students in economic universities to solve professional problems in the context of globalization, informatization and the changeability of the system of social development have been revealed. The authors carried out monitoring of critical refl ective skills of students, which ensure the formation of adaptive abilities in changing circumstances. The results of pedagogical measurements show the positive dynamics of critical refl ective skills in teaching mathematics in the context of education for sustainable development.
