The article considers the system of product distribution and the possibilities of its development and improvement through the use of progressive, digital marketing technologies on the example of agricultural enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Region in Russia. This problem becomes particularly relevant in times of crisis, when the need to reduce the cost of production increases. The process of product distribution is quite expensive, it has a number of organizational disadvantages. This process does not fully use modern digital marketing technologies to form a customer base, which would significantly speed up the process of product distribution. The article identifies the factors that restrain the development of the process of product distribution, which include: long distances between the subjects of the process, insufficient development of the transport network, its slow renewal, lack of distribution centers and their weak technical equipment, insufficiently developed infrastructure. Also, for a more effective organization of product distribution channels, it is necessary to actively implement modern digital marketing technologies in the process of product distribution, which will help to form a customer base and develop long-term communications with potential customers.

The article describes prospects of resource saving technologies usage while rapeseed growth at regional agriculture. The importance of rapeseed in the chemical industry, energy, and oil production is considered. The article describes the importance, use, distribution and production of rapeseed in the world and in Russia along with its biological and botanical features. Strategic prospects for growing oilseed rape in Krasnoyarsk Krai are determined. The results of an experiment using resource-saving technologies for growing rapeseed in an agricultural enterprise in the Russian region are presented. Comparative characteristics of the use of resource-saving technologies per a hectare of grain crops and rapeseed are introduced at this article. The economic forecasting efficiency model of the use resource-saving technologies for rapeseed cultivation is presented. Technical, technological and organisational measures for resource saving technologies usage are offered at plant growing.

Small and medium businesses play a special role in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the country and individual regions. Small business is an important part of the market economic system; small businesses operate in almost all sectors of the economy. Thanks to flexibility and adaptability, small businesses can produce goods and services that big businesses produce irrationally. The developed sector of small business has not only evident economic, budgetary and social significance, but also contributes to increasing the level of social responsibility and economic initiative in society, the development of its human capital.The article presents the material about the state of small business in the sphere of agriculture in the Krasnoyarsk region. The functioning problems of small businesses in the agricultural sector of the region are considered. Support measures of small and medium agribusiness in the Krasnoyarsk region are defined.
