Developmental pharmacokinetics of indomethacin in preterm neonates: Severely decreased drug clearance in the first week of life

Abstract: Indomethacin is used commonly in preterm neonates for the prevention of intracranial hemorrhage and closure of an abnormally open cardiac vessel.
