Diabetic Ketoacidosis Masquerading as Rupture Uterus

Abstract: Aim: To report a case of a pregnant patient with unconsciousness who was presented with features of obstetric hemorrhage but was diagnosed with diabetes ketoacidosis. Background: Gestational diabetes mellitus can cause many complications. Of these, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is one.
