Diagnosis and Management of Complicated Left Atrial Mural Endocarditis

Abstract: Mural endocarditis that involves the left atrial wall is rare. We report on the transesophageal findings in a patient with left atrial mural endocarditis and discuss its recognition, complications, and treatment.
