Diagnósticos De Enfermagem Da Nanda-I Com Base Nos Problemas De Enfermagem Segundo Teoria De Horta

Abstract: O objetivo deste estudo foi levantar os problemas de enfermagem, frequentemente identificados nos históricos de enfermagem dos pacientes internados em unidades clínicas, relacionando-os com a classificação diagnóstica North American Nursing Diagnosis Association-International.
