Abstract:a b s t r a c tDialkoxynaphthalene is a simple aromatic building block, which can be synthesized easily in a large scale. In this work, two dialkoxynaphthalene derivatives were copolymerized with electron-withdrawing benzothiadiazole (BT) derivatives to afford three donor-acceptor copolymers, PNDTBT, PNT2FTBT and PN2FTBT. The three copolymers have diverse bandgaps ranged from 1.73 to 1.86 eV, and deep HOMO energy levels up to À5.61 eV. Thermogravimetric analysis and electrochemical measurements show that these… Show more
Recent progresses in wide bandgap semiconducting polymers for PSCs are summarized and the material structure–property-device performance correlations are discussed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
