Die Bestimmung der p-Aminobenzoesäure mit Fluram ® im Urin nach Durchführung des Pankreasfunktionstests mit Bentiromid

Abstract: Zusammenfassung: Es wird ein Verfahren vorgestellt, das bei der Durchführung des Pankreas-Funktions-Tests die Ausscheidung von p-Arninobenzoesäure in Urin nach Verabreichung von Bentiromid (N-Benzoyl-£-tyrosyl-p-aminobenzoesäure) mit (Fluram) (Fluorescamin) bestimmt. Das Verfahren liefert zuverlässige Werte und erlaubt eine einfache faktorielle Berechnung der ausgeschiedenen Menge anp-Aminobenzoesäure.
