Für Kaffee und Tee gibt es keine Hinweise auf erhöhte Risiken[20,71]. Bezüglich des Nitratgehaltes im Trinkwasser ergab eine Fallkontrollstudie die Beobachtung, dass sich bei langjährigem Genuss von Trinkwasser mit Nitratgehalten über 4 mg/l das Erkrankungsrisiko für Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome verdoppelt[79], während erhöhter Selengehalt des Trinkwassers in einer Kohortenstudie keine Assoziationen mit Non-Hodgkin-Lymphomen zeigte[78].Für einige Zitrusfrüchte wurden protektive Effekte bezüglich des NonHodgkin-Lymphom-Erkrankungsrisikos beschrieben, für verschiedene Gemüse und andere Nahrungsmittel liegen uneinheitliche Ergebnisse vor[20,80].…”
