In addition, fiber‐rich foods are indicated against intestinal disturbances (Qi, Al‐Ghazzewi, & Tester, 2018), diabetes (InterAct Consortium, 2015), atherosclerosis (Wu et al, 2003), and cancer (Kunzmann et al, 2015).
