Digital Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (dCBT) for Insomnia: a State-of-the-Science Review

Abstract: Purpose of ReviewOver the past decade, digital solutions have been developed to support the dissemination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
