In the current uncertain and turbulent world, agility and change management holds a great significance in an organization for its survival and success. Organizational change often results in failure or doesn't deliver the anticipated results predominantly due to employee resistance. Technology adoptions are crucial for organizations as they can foresee and help in risk mitigation, as well as prepare employees for change, transcending resistance. The main aim of this study is to analyze and discuss the mapping of research landscape, depicting relationship between technology and agile change management. For this, bibliographical data of 1054 documents published between 2014 to 2023, was extracted from Dimensions database after applying exclusion criteria. With the help of this we have analyzed the citation patterns, map collaboration networks, performance analysis, research locations, co-authorship relations and its visualizations using bibliometric software, VOSviewer. The research reveals the progress of topic in last ten years, providing theoretical assistance and core grounding for future studies. As per this analysis, in future, technology adoptions can be of a great help to enterprises for developing efficacious change management strategies that can be acceptable for employees.

The purpose of this study is to explore how human resource management can be digitally transformed in the context of the digital economy. The drivers, directions, and impacts of human resource management digital transformation constitute the major study content. The study proposes that five factors-internal customer digital needs, industry digital innovation, competitor challenges, digital innovation governance, and digital era needs-drive human resource management digital transformation. It analyzes the essence of the human resource management digital transformation, such as digital workplace, digital human resource management processes, and digital employee services. Particularly, the study points out that digital human resource management processes refer to the implementation of selection, training and development, and assessment functions leveraging state-of-the-art digital technologies. It is emphasized that although digital transformation brings benefits for business development, its potential impacts cannot be ignored, including how the old and new human resource management systems are converted and the negative effects of the new system.

Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri alanında hız kazanan bilgi devrimi ve büyük ölçekli teknolojik gelişmeler sonucunda bireylerden kurumlara ve hatta son yıllarda kamu kurumlarına kadar uzanan çok sayıda karmaşık değişim ve dönüşüm sürecine tanıklık etmekteyiz. Dijital alanlarda yaşanan kapsamlı gelişmelerin sosyal yaşantımız, toplumsal değerlerimiz ve resmi işlemler gibi insanın dinamik hareketlerini yakından ilgilendirmesi günümüzde dijital dönüşüm kavramları ve uygulamalarının öneminin artmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital dönüşüm faaliyetlerinin Filistin’de bir kamu kurumu olan Genel Personel Konseyi’nin işe alım sürecine etkilerini incelemektir. Bu kapsamda dijital dönüşüm çalışmalarının işe alım süreçlerini nasıl etkilediğini anlamak ve bu etkileri sektöre özgü bir bakış açısıyla analiz etmek amaçlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak online anket formu kullanılmış ve SPSS programı ile çalışmanın sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmış olup araştırma deseni olarak ilişkisel tarama deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları dijital dönüşüm ve işe alım uygulamaları arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışmada erkek katılımcıların kadınlara göre daha yüksek farkındalığa sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan, katılımcıların dijital dönüşüm algıları genel demografik özelliklerden etkilenmediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma dijital dönüşüme geçiş sürecinde olan işletmelerin faaliyetlerini hızlandırarak işe alım süreçlerinin etkili bir şekilde yönetilmesine ve işletme çalışanlarının dijital dönüşüm konusunda farkındalığa sahip olmasına yardımcı olacaktır.
