In the context of accelerating globalization and integration trends in the world economic system, countries must make efforts to form their advantageous positions in the international division of labour. This can be realized by optimizing the sphere of foreign economic activity of the state. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the areas of improvement of strategic tools to develop the country's export potential. The authors analyzed the theoretical and methodological basis, namely the essence of the country's export potential, its structural elements of the export potential. The authors analyzed the structure of exports of Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine in 2020, highlighted their common features, shortcomings and explained why the specialization of exports is not optimal. The authors found that a systematic approach to developing a country's development strategy requires a specific sequence in the implementation of this process and proposed an algorithm for implementing the concept of developing the country's export potential, and also proposed calculating a comprehensive indicator of export potential, a more detailed description of which will be presented in further studies.

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship on the growth of entrepreneurial enterprise projects, so that entrepreneurial projects can improve entrepreneurial performance, promote social and economic development, and improve resource allocation. Firstly, entrepreneurship is explored to analyze the role in the growth of entrepreneurial enterprise projects. The entrepreneurial essence requirements based on entrepreneurship provide a theoretical basis for sports performance entrepreneurship. Secondly, the idea and process of sports performance entrepreneurship are described. A growth model of sports performance entrepreneurship based on entrepreneurship is established. Finally, the entrepreneurs who started sports performances are considered to investigate the enterprises participating in a sports competition performance. The influence of six elements of entrepreneurship on the progress and performance of sports performance entrepreneurial projects is analyzed. The results show that the spirit of risk-taking, need for achievement, and professionalism in entrepreneurship have the highest consistency, all above 0.90. It shows that entrepreneurship can promote the sports performance entrepreneurship project, and the subjects have a high entrepreneurial spirit. The adventurous spirit has more than half of the coverage of sports performance entrepreneurial projects. The coverage rate of knowledge literacy, innovative spirit, advanced action, achievement needs, and professionalism in sports performance entrepreneurial projects are all about 0.43. Innovation, risk-taking, and creativity can boost the performance of sports performance entrepreneurial projects. Enterprise size has little influence on sports performance. These conclusions have reference significance for the impact of sports entrepreneurial project performance.

Стаття присвячена питанням цифрової трансформації соціально-економічних та екологічних систем, а саме оцінюванню динаміки такої трансформації. Оскільки існує певна недостатність показників та критеріїв оцінювання цифрової трансформації соціально-економічних та екологічних систем, у даній статті запропонована система відповідних показників та критеріїв. Враховуючи те, що дані від будь-якої системи змінюються з часом, на основі запропонованої системи показників можна оцінювати також динаміку цифрової трансформації. Для цього розроблено систему динамічних показників цифрової трансформації соціально-економічних систем та екологічних систем. Результати розрахунків запропонованих показників для України вказують на позитивну їх динаміку, тобто зміну у часі. Це означає, що цифрова трансформація соціально-економічних та екологічних систем України відбувається у напрямку покращання. При цьому абсолютні показники цифрової трансформації соціально-економічних систем загалом демонструють дещо спадаючу динаміку, що вимагає прийняття управлінських рішень у державі щодо активізації зусиль на цифровізації соціально-економічних систем. _______________________________ * Робота виконана в рамках НДР "Сталий розвиток та ресурсна безпека: від проривних технологій до цифрової трансформації економіки України" (№д/р. 0121U100470) The article is devoted to the issues of digital transformation of socio-economic and ecological systems, namely the assessment of the dynamics of transformation. Since there is a certain insufficiency of indicators and criteria for evaluating the digital transformation of socio-economic and ecological systems, this article proposes a system of relevant indicators and criteria. Considering the fact that the data of any system changes over time, the dynamics of digital transformation can also be evaluated on the basis of the indicator system. Assessing the dynamics of the digital transformation of socioeconomic and ecological systems is necessary during this transformation for operational and strategic management of the process. For this purpose, in this article a system of dynamic indicators of digital transformation of socio-economic systems and ecological systems is proposed. This system is based on the calculation of 60 dynamic indicators, among which there are both absolute and relative indicators. All indicators are summarized in 6 aggregate indicators. Each aggregate indicator contains 10 dynamic indicators. The optimal direction of change of these indicators is growth. The criterion for evaluating the dynamics of the digital transformation of socio-economic systems is the value of aggregate indicators greater than 1. The results of calculations of all six aggregate indicators for Ukraine gave the following values:
