With the continuous improvement of consumers' requirements for food quality and food safety, multi-functional and highly safe food packaging materials and even smart food packaging materials will be widely used (Arvanitoyannis et al., 2012;Cerqueira et al., 2014;Hong & Yun, 2014; Pakeeza et al., 2019). The huge changes in food production, distribution, storage, and consumption methods have prompted food packaging to play more active roles in protecting products and marketing, such as extending or maintaining food shelf life, monitoring food quality, and more (Alparslan & Baygar, 2017;Lee et al., 2016). When purchasing products, food consumer groups will habitually check the shelf life on the food packaging, but forget the applicable conditions of the shelf life "the storage conditions of the product cannot be changed." In fact, in the process of food processing, transportation, and sales, there are many strict storage standards. Once there is a problem in a certain link, the problem of "food spoilage during the shelf life" is prone to occur. In order to achieve a more accurate and convenient monitoring of food quality, we apply smart technology to food packaging film materials. Our research results can better protect consumers' health and life safety. Film materials with special structure and high safety (Bonilla et al., 2014) are the prerequisites for realizing the versatility or intelligent packaging film material. Obviously, traditional packaging materials such as plastic, glass, and metal cannot meet these conditions
