In the era of regional autonomy, being a principal is no longer a career position but a political one. Managerial competence does not seem to be the main requirement to occupy this position. This study aims to analyze the implications of the madrasa principal’s managerial competence on the conduciveness of the teacher’s work climate. The informants for this phenomenological study consisted of the principal and teachers of the Lamakera State Islamic Junior High School, East Flores, Indonesia. The results showed that the madrasa principal had a good leadership vision, but because the management function in the madrasa program was not optimal, the madrasa principal's managerial competence was low. The teacher's work climate is not conducive because the principal's communication is not effective, madrasah teachers are divided into several groups, there is a lack of ratio of teachers to number of students, administrative work is mostly done by honorary and voluntary teachers, and the allocation of educational operational funds determined by the government is not in accordance with the needs of the madrasa. This research has implications for the need to appoint principals not only based on a training certificate for prospective principals but also on a credible fit and proper test taking into account achievement, experience, and good career paths.

Pembelajaran fisika adalah pembelajaran yang tidak terlepas dari pembelajaran matematis, sehingga siswa cenderung lebih mudah bosan jika bahan ajar dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan tidak sesuai, sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi siswa untuk belajar dan mengakibatkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, perlu adanya perkembangan teknologi, perangkat pembelajaran semakin mengacu pada digitalisasi seperti bahan ajar yang digunakan sudah mulai berbasis digital sehingga lebih interaktif seperti penggunaan e-modul, yang dapat memuat gambar, animasi, audio dan vidio pembelajaran, agar siswa lebih tertarik untuk belajar, selain bahan ajar model pembelajaran juga menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan supaya siswa aktif dalam proses belajar yaitu pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain e-modul fisika sebagai pembelajaran berbasis masalah guna meningjatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini termaksuk penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembanagn yang digunakan adalah prototipe model yaitu tahap pertama listen to customer, tahap kedua yaitu build/revise mock-up(perancangan dan tahap selanjutnya yaitu customer test driver mock-up (evaluasi). E-modul ini didesain dengan aplikasi canva untuk mendesain cover dan tampilan modul dan bantuan hyzine flipbook untuk membuat tampilan modul lebih interaktif.

This study aims to analyse the trend of educational autonomy in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach with a bibliometric analysis method. This study uses data from 2012–2022, sourced from the Google Scholar database and obtained using the Publish or Perish application. The data is then processed using the Vosviewer application to obtain a bibliometric map. The results of this study indicate that the study of Indonesian educational autonomy is quite attractive to researchers. Even though it fluctuated, in the span of the last decade, there were 205 papers on Indonesian education autonomy that had been cited 3075 times. From these figures, an h-index score of 11 and a g-index score of 55 are obtained. There are a total of 309 keywords, 1380 total link strengths, and 863 occurrences. These keywords are grouped into 79 clusters, with a varying number of keywords in each cluster. The keywords that dominate the study of Indonesian educational autonomy are: school based management, teacher, educational facility, education costs, and curriculum. In other words, the study of Indonesian educational autonomy focuses on these issues
