Dinamika Pengelolaan Pendidikan dalam Sistem Desentralistik

Abstract: endahnya mutu dan kualitas pendidikan di daerah disebabkan oleh tidak seragamnya akses dan sistem pemerataan pendidikan sehingga menuntut adanya perbaikan dalam penataan harkat martabat dan derajat manusia.
