Directional change of tracer trajectories in rotating Rayleigh-Bénard convection

Abstract: The angle of directional change of tracer trajectories in rotating Rayleigh-Bénard convection is studied as a function of the time increment τ between two instants of time along the trajectories, both experimentally and with direct numerical simulations.
