Disfuncion Erectil: Prevalencia, Factores De Riesgo Y Actitudes en La Provincia De Chiclayo 2017

Abstract

Objetivos: Determinar la prevalencia de Disfunción Eréctil (DE), valorar la DE según dominios del Índice Internacional de Función Eréctil (IIEF-15), analizar los factores de riesgo de DE y ponderar las actitudes frente a la DE en varones de la provincia de Chiclayo. Métodos: La investigación es de tipo observacional y transversal. Se utilizó una Ficha de recolección datos con preguntas cerradas especialmente diseñadas y validadas por expertos. La técnica fue la entrevista de pacientes ambulatorios que acudían a los principales establecimientos de salud de la provincia de Chiclayo. Primero recoge información general y factores de riesgo luego se aplica el IIEF-15, con sus dominios: función eréctil, función orgásmica, deseo sexual, satisfacción del acto sexual y satisfacción global; finalmente se pondera las actitudes frente a la DE. Resultados: La prevalencia de DE en la provincia de Chiclayo 2017 es de 46,4%; en tanto la DE sea grave, moderada, leve es 0,7 %; 6,2% y 39,5% respectivamente. Los dominios del IIEF-15 tienen asociación estadística con el dominio función eréctil. Los principales factores de riesgo para DE son la edad mayor de 60 años y diabetes mellitus; seguidos del antecedente de infarto agudo del miocardio, HTA, obesidad, afección prostática, no realizar actividad física e ingesta de alcohol. La actitud buena frente a la DE es la más frecuente en el 52.7% de pacientes y los más infrecuente es actitud mala en el 0.5%.
