Disputes and their Settlement Machinery in Tea Plantation Industry in North Bengal

Abstract: Industrial disputes are fairly common in the workplace. Industrial disputes were the matter of concern from last so many years. The industrial dispute in tea plantations began in 1848 when workers of the Assam Company India limited went on strike against the delay in payment of wages.
