Aplikasi adalah suatu perangkat lunak yang dibuat khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbagai aktivitas dan pekerjaan. Layanan Aplikasi berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan kebutuhan user dan perkembangan perangkat Teknologi Informasi. Salah satu kemampuan yang diberikan oleh Aplikasi adalah dalam layanan di bidang pendidikan. Berbagai layanan yang terkait dengan dunia pendidikan dapat dipermudah dengan keberadaan sebuah aplikasi. Penggunaan aplikasi untuk pendidikan akan membantu proses pembelajaran di MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk membuat konten pembelajaran, pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring akan menjadi mudah dan menarik, sehingga apabila ada kendala atau hambatan pada proses pembelajaran tatap muka seperti dalam kondisi wabah Covid-19 pada saat ini, maka proses pembelajaran tetap dapat dilakukan, dimana guru dan siswa tidak harus berada di satu ruang belajar tertentu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan kepada 21 orang guru MAN 4 Kota Pekanbaru menggunakan aplikasi Powerpoint, Camtasia, Video Scribe dan Youtube, telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk mengembangkan konten bagi pembelajaran daring, khususnya pada aplikasi camtasia yang pada awalnya hanya 3 orang guru yang pernah mengenal aplikasi tersebut, pada akhir kegiatan, semua peserta dapat mengenal aplikasi camtasia.

The article examines the problem of organizing distance practical training of future defectologists using innovative technologies. During the pandemic, the education system in the Russian Federation and several other countries in the world switched to distance education, which became an alternative measure. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of organizing curricular practical training remotely and review effective innovative technologies for organizing distance practical training of defectologists. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis of Russian and foreign psychological and pedagogical literature, normative and educational documents of North-Eastern Federal University and Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University outlining practical training of students, observation, and questionnaires. 127 NEFU and BSPU undergraduate and graduate students majoring in "Special (defectological) education" participated in the survey. According to the research results, problems related to distance practical training, the reasons for their occurrence, and ways to eliminate them were identified. Based on the analysis of educational and methodological documentation and questionnaires, the need for the introduction of innovative technologies to the organization of distance practices in all its blocks (target, organizational, content, technology) is justified. The results of the research can be used in further studies of the use of distance technologies taking into account the possibility of extreme events in the modern world.

Online conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams have been widely adopted as substitutes for physical classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. This dramatic change is accompanied by many challenges for educators to keep their students engaged online and promote live interactions to mimic a real classroom environment. While progress has been made in teaching theoretical concepts in the online setting, teaching laboratory skills online remains challenging. Such skills are usually taught and learned and require a high level of human interaction. Here, we share our experience in designing Gather.town as an online learning space for a laboratory course to facilitate social interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gather.town is a video conferencing platform that allows educators to construct individualized 2D spaces and interact with other people through their avatars. The use of avatars is hypothesized to be the key difference that distinguishes it from traditional video conferencing platforms. Gather.town has also been explored by researchers from other fields to be able to enhance online learning through improved interaction between students but not yet in the chemistry education space. Empirical evidence shows that students agree that the designed Gather.town has increased social interaction in the time of online learning.
