“…The 18S rRNA gene of all samples was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the EK-NSF573 5′-CGCGGTAATTCCAGCTCCA-3′ and Ek-NSR951 5′-TTGGYRAATGCTTTCGC-3′ primers [ 32 ], with a fragment length of approximately 560 bp [ 33 ].
