“…Particularly, only one Trichoderma species (T. paraviridescens) was isolated, showing a low relative abundance (0.6%) in HF, while this genus was supported by five species in IF (T. asperellum, T. erinaceum, T. harzianum, T. paraviridescens, and T. trixiae) contributing to 4.6% of the identified fungal flora.
