DNA sequence representation by trianders and determinative degree of nucleotides

Abstract: Abstract:A new version of DNA walks, where nucleotides are regarded unequal in their contribution to a walk is introduced, which allows us to study thoroughly the "fine structure" of nucleotide sequences.
