Purpose: Given the internationalization of business today, it illustrates the importance of companies looking for overseas market opportunities for the capture of and sustainability of competitive advantage. Following the success of companies from newly developed nations such as the Far East Asian nations of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of China, Taiwan and South East Asian countries such as Singapore, emerging economies are shifting to external sector growth through export industries from the internal sector growth of import substitution industries. Thus, the current study is interested in exploring the nexus between supply chain integration, export marketing strategies and export performance of Indonesian manufacturing firms. Methodology: Employing the survey-based methodology, the SEM-PLS technique is used to test the hypothesized relationships. So, the current study has used SEM-PLS as a statistical tool to answer the research questions raised in this study and research objectives envisaged in the current study. Results: The findings of the study have provided support to the theoretical foundation and proposed hypothesis of the current study. Current study will be helpful for policymakers and practitioners in understanding the issues related to supply chain risk, supply chain integration and supply chain agility. In the author's knowledge this is among very few pioneering studies on this issue.

ABSTRAKStudi tentang ketertkiatan agama dengan pembangunan ekonomi daerah masih belum menjadi perhatian utama bagi para peneliti Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bermaksud menguji pengaruh agama dan pembangunan ekonomi pertanian dengan pembengunan ekonomi regional di Banten. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder periode 2000 -2016. Variabel yang digunakan antara lain pembangunan ekonomi, agama, dan pembangunan pertanian. Variabel pembangunan ekonomi diukur dengan pendapatan perkapita. Variabel Agama menggunakan indikator proporsi jumlah penduduk Muslim dan variabel pembangunan pertanian diukur dengan log dari nilai sektor pertanian dalam produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB). Metode analisis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan pertanian berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi, tetapi agama tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Adapun secara simultan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara agama dan pembangunan pertanian terhadap pembangunan ekonomi di Banten tahun 2000-2016. Kata kunci: Agama, Pembangunan Pertanian, dan Pembangunan Ekonomi Abstract The study of religious involvement with regional economic development is still not a major concern for Indonesian researchers. Therefore, the researcher intends to examine the influence of religion and agricultural economic development with regional economic development in Banten. The data used in this study are secondary data for the period 2000 -2016. Variables used include economic development, religion, and agricultural development. The variable of economic development is measured by income per capita. The Religious variable uses an indicator of the proportion of the Moslem population and the agricultural development variable is measured by the log of the value of the agricultural sector in the gross regional domestic product (GRDP). The method of analysis is multiple linier regression. The results showed that agricultural development contributed significantly to economic development, but religion had no significant effect. Fraud Intention and Machiavellianism: An Experimental Study of Fraud Triangle

This study aims to examine the causal relationships between fraud triangle and Machiavellianism and fraud intention. Besides the fraud triangle components (pressure, opportunity, and rationalization), Machiavellianism and fraud intention also likely affect fraud. We run our experimental study at several Indonesian universities and use undergraduate accounting students as our subjects. Further, this study uses a 3x2x2 experimental design with 309 students as the subjects acting as purchasing managers. The results show that 1) individuals with high life pressure exhibit greater fraud intention than individuals with low life pressures, 2) individuals who are in a weak internal control condition have greater fraud intention than individuals who are in strong internal control conditions, 3) individuals with high rationalization of fraud have greater fraud intention than individuals with low rationalization, and 4)individuals with high Machiavellianism exhibit greater fraud intention than individuals with low Machiavellianism.
