Aims: This study aims to examine the relationship between Teaching Factory and Entrepreneurship Education and the impact of product innovation as a moderating variable on entrepreneurial interest. Study Design: This study uses a quantitative research design. Place and Duration of Study: The study population involved all students of Grades XI and XII of State Vocational High School in Banyuwangi Regency with the Teaching Factory learning system. This study used a sample of 250 students selected through a purposive sampling approach. Methodology: The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire or survey using a Likert measuring scale, namely an interval scale of 1-5, strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree and strongly agree. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique to analyze data and apply with PLS4. Results: All variables are valid and reliable, and there is no multicollinearity in the model. The results concluded that there is a positive relationship between Teaching Factory, Entrepreneurship Education, Product Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Interest. Conclusion: Teaching Factory and Entrepreneurship Education can be effective instruments in fostering entrepreneurial interest among vocational students and can be used as a foundation for developing similar programs in various educational contexts. dan wilayah.

This community service program aims to empowering youth to build awareness to the comunity. This community service using service learning methods. The Various efforts have been made by the Government and society to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, starting from maintaining distance, using masks, and washing hands to vaccination programs. Even so, public acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination is not always positive. There are still people who refuse to be vaccinated for various reasons, such as doubts about the effectiveness of vaccines, distrust of vaccines, concerns about side effects, and even religious reasons or the halalness of vaccines. This form of public resistance to vaccines does not only circulate in whispers between residents and other private spheres but also circulates through social media and WhatsApp groups. This community service is carried out by providing training in making educational videos to young people in Benowo District, Surabaya. the selection of teenage participants the main consideration is that teenagers are the most active social media users so with the training in making educational videos, it is hoped that teenagers can become peer educators who provide positive messages to their peers and older or younger people using -creative and innovative ways.

The purpose of this writing is to understand the policies issued by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) offering incentives for building use rights (HGB) for up to 80 years and even up to 160 years for investors in Mrs. Archipelago City (IKN). Laws and regulations regarding the term of building use rights have been regulated in law number 5 of 1960 concerning basic agrarian regulations, other laws and regulations which also regulate building use rights are in Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 concerning management rights. , Land rights, apartment units and land registration, the HGB period according to this law is given for a maximum period of 30 years, extended for a maximum period of 20 years and renewed for a maximum of 30 years. The research method used in this paper is a type of normative research that analyzes the Granting of Building Use Rights (HGB) for 160 years to Investors for the Development of the Archipelago Capital City (IKN). This normative research emphasizes written documents such as laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theories and opinions of scholars. The granting of Building Use Rights to investors for the development of the Archipelago Capital City cannot be given at the same time, Extension and renewal of HGB for 160 years, but Building Use Rights for 30 (thirty) years are given then extended for 20 (twenty) years, and renewal is carried out for 30 (thirty) years after the expiry of the land with the Right to Build, it will return to become Land directly controlled by the State or Land with Management Rights.
