Kampong Tenggher hadir sebagai salah satu objek wisata potensial dalam upaya melestarikan adat dan budaya masyarakat Madura. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan, dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan objek wisata harus menganut prinsip kemanusian, keadilan, dan melestarikan budaya serta kearifan lokal, dalam upaya mengembangkan Kampong Tenggher menjadi objek wisata terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi. Permasalahan Kampong Tenggher yaitu rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, rendahnya kualitas akses jalan menuju Kampong Tenggher dan kurangnya penerangan menuju dan di lokasi wisata Kampong Tenggher. Oleh karena itu, solusi dan rencana dalam permasalahan untuk program kegiatan ini adalah pembangunan dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan penguatan lembaga kampung wisata. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia disekitar Kampong Tenggher juga perlu diupayakan melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan kepariwisataan agar masyarakat sekitar Kampong Tanggher mampu mandiri dan berdaya serta memperbaiki dan memberikan fasilitas dan pelayaan bagi wisatawan. Dengan demikian upaya strategis perlu dilakukan untuk mewujudkan Kampong Tenggher menjadi suatu objek wisata potensial di Madura. Development of Potential Tourism Objects “Kampong Tengher”: Challenges And Strategies. In an effort to preserve the Madurese community's customs and culture, Kampong Tenggher is being promoted as a possible tourist destination. According to the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, in order to develop tourism objects, they must adhere to the principles of humanity, justice, and the preservation of culture and local wisdom. There are challenges to overcome in order to develop Kampong Tenggher into a tourist attraction. Road access to Kampong Tenggher, as well as a lack of streetlight or to and at Kampong Tenggher's tourist attractions. So the answers and strategies for this activity program's challenges are the development and enhancement of tourist supporting facilities and infrastructure, the improvement of human resource quality, and the strengthening of tourism village organizations. Improvement of human resources around Kampong Tenggher also needs to be pursued through tourism training and education so that the people around Kampong Tanggher are able to be independent and empowered as well as improve and provide facilities and services for tourists. As a result, deliberate initiatives are required to make Kampong Tengher a prospective tourist attraction in Madura.
Abstract Sustainability in corporate social responsibility is essential. ExxonMobil Company, engaged in natural resource exploration, plays a vital role in realizing sustainability in corporate social responsibility. The concept of sustainability is closely related to the 3Ps (profit, people, and planet), which John Elkington discovered. The company's commitment to implementing CSR programs and the benefits provided are based on sociocultural and economic conditions underlying this research. This study aims to identify the benefits of CSR programs in sociocultural and economic aspects and the implementation of sustainability in corporate social responsibility. The method used is descriptive quantitative with an observational approach, as well as an in-depth, in-depth review technique to support the findings of field data. The sociocultural and economic aspects of the research are categorized into eight main categories. Field findings show that in several types, ExxonMobil's CSR program can still not benefit the community of Ringintunggal village, Gayam, Bojonegoro Regency. Konsep keberlanjutan berkaitan erat dengan profit, people, dan planet (3P) yang dikemukakan oleh John Elkington. Komitmen perusahaan dalam menjalankan program CSR serta manfaat yang diberikan didasari pada sosio-kultural dan ekonomi yang juga mendasari penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi manfaat dari program CSR pada aspek sosio-kultural dan ekonomi serta implementasi keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk mendukung temuan data lapangaan. Konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berkaitan dengan kebermanfaatan yang berkelanjutan meliputi aspek socio-kultural dan economi k edalam lima kategori utama dengan sembilan pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan minyak pada ExxonMobil Blok Cepu menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan kategori item hanya lima yang memiliki kebermanfaatan secara socio-kultural dan ekonomi. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa perusahaan ExxonMobil cukup berkomitmen dalam mengimplementasikan konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. This paper aimed to identify the problems caused by labor policy in the 2016 – 2020 period in the province of East Java. This study can be a response to the employment problems being experienced by the people of East Java before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Thus, it is necessary to conduct further studies to provide relevant recommendations regarding appropriate labor policies. The method used in this research was the descriptive method and analytical techniques using the unemployment rate, fully employed, and underemployed formulas. The results showed that the unemployment rate in East Java in the 2019-2020 period increased significantly by 1.92%. Meanwhile, the population working full-time decreased by 3.81%, whereas the population working part-time grew by 1.9%2. This can be due to the unavailability of sufficient employment opportunities for the working-age population in East Java as well as the government policies such as large-scale social restrictions, work from home, and termination of employment relationships by many companies.
The purpose of this writing is to determine the effectiveness of the power of proof of title to land that has met the elements stipulated in Article 32 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration before the court. This writing method is a normative juridical type using the statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. From the results of the discussion, it is known that although the elements of the provisions stipulated in Article 32 paragraph (2) have been fulfilled late, it does not make the land title certificate have absolute, irrevocable power of proof. It is evident from a number of court decisions that they still cancel land title certificates even though they have fulfilled these elements.Keywords: Certificate; Publication System; Multiple Proof.AbstrakTujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas kekuatan pembuktian serfifkat hak atas tanah yang telah memenuhi unsur-unsur yang diatur dalam Pasal 32 ayat (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah dimuka pengadilan. Metode penulisan ini adalah penulisan bertipe yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Dari hasil pembahasan diketahui bahwa walaupun unsur-unsur ketentuan yang diatur dalam Pasal 32 ayat (2) tersebut telat terpenuhi tidak menjadikan sertifikat hak atas tanah memiliki kekuatan pembuktian mutlak yang tidak dapat dibatalkan. Terbukti dari beberapa putusan pengadilan tetap membatalkan sertifikat hak atas tanah walaupun telah memenuhi unsur-unsur tersebut.Kata Kunci: Sertifikat; Sistem Publikasi; Alat Pembuktian Multak.
