Domestic violence in the light of The Family Law, The Criminal Code and The Law on prevention of domestic violence

Abstract: REZIME: Nasilje u porodici je poslednjih godina postao veoma izražen problem. Raspoloživa saznanja ukazuju da nasilje u porodici ima veoma ozbiljne društvene i individualne posledice i da su njegove žrtve daleko češće žene i deca nego odrasli muškarci. Nasilje u porodici je izuzetno složena pojava. Nema jedinstvenog pogleda na krug ponašanja koja se smatraju nasilničkim.
