Об'єктом дослiдження є процес формування середньозважених питомих енерговитрат на транспортування гiрничої маси лавним скребковим конвеєром при iнтенсивному вуглевидобутку в умовах нерiвномiрностi руху очисного комбайна. Предмет дослiдження -закономiрностi впливу нерiвномiрностi швидкостi подачi очисного комбайна на енергетичнi показники транспортування скребковим конвеєром очисного забою в умовах iнтенсивного вуглевидобутку. Метою роботи є обґрунтування способу пiдвищення енергоефективностi функцiонування системи «очисний комбайн -забiйний конвеєр» в умовах iнтенсивної вуглевидобутку. Виконано статистичну обробку результатiв експериментальних дослiджень швидкостi подачi очисного комбайна КДК500 в умовах 23 схiдної лави пласта с 11 шахти «Пiвденнодонбаська» (м. Вугледар, Україна) ДП «Донецьквугiлля», здiйснених iнститутом «Донгiпровуглемаш» (Україна). Розроблено структурну i математичну моделi процесу виникнення вихiдного вантажопотоку з очисного вибою i формування питомих енерговитрат на транспортування гiрської маси скребковим конвеєром лави. Математична модель робочого процесу ураховує вплив величини i нерiвномiрностi швидкостi подачi очисного комбайна на енергоспоживання при транспортуваннi вантажу. Встановлено суттєву нерiвномiрнiсть швидкiсних режимiв, продуктивностi очисного комбайна, що викликано гiрничо-геологiчними умовами й характером технологiчного процесу, iснуючими методиками узгодження режимiв роботи видобувного i транспортного обладнання очисних вибоїв. Встановлено вплив швидкiсних режимiв та продуктивностi комбайна на питомi енерговитрати на транспортування вантажу скребковим конвеєром лави. Наслiдком є висока нерiвномiрнiсть вантажопотоку як в лавi, так i на подальшому транспортному ланцюжку, що викликає iстотне пiдвищення енерговитрат на транспортування вантажу. Дослiджено вплив швидкiсних режимiв роботи комбайна, як наслiдок -його продуктивностi, на енергетичнi показники процесу транспортування вугiлля та на характер розподiлення вантажопотоку. Встановлено: пiдвищення швидкостi подачi очисного комбайна i зниження швидкостi скребкового конвеєра знижує питомi енерговитрати на транспортування вiдбитої гiрської маси у лавiКлючовi слова: вугiльнi комбайни, питомi енерговитрати, вибiйнi скребковi конвеєри, характеристика вантажопотоку, напрямок руху комбайна UDC 621.314.26:622.647.2

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop mathematical methods for processing "big data". This is based on the system analysis of properties for their structural organization. These methods allow us to optimize the basic characteristics of "big data". This includes increasing the search speed to process large volumes of fast incoming data while preserving their relevance. methodology. We suggested mathematical methods to work with a data structure "mtuples based on ordered sets of arbitrary cardinality (OSAC)". We determined pairwise combinations of Boolean elements as operands of the op erations investigated. The foregoing is based on the analysis of the data structure properties. We also calculated the dynamics of changes in the constituent pairwise combinations of the Boolean elements depending on the basis set cardinality for different groups of the given data structure. Findings. We estimated the time needed to execute methods of working with the OSAC data structure as func tional dependencies of the amount of data O(f (n)). We also determined the component of combinations for Boolean elements. For these elements, the execution of algorithms that implement the operation investigated is not required as the desired result is defined in the data structure property. Originality. We further developed a mathematical method which allows us to forecast the result of performing certain operations on elements of ordered data structure. This takes into account the position of the elements in the structure without using the computational algorithm. For the first time, we obtained an analytical dependency to determine the component number for Boolean elements of length m 2. This includes an element represented by a tuple of smaller length m 1 in relation to the total number of Boolean elements of length m 2. For the first time we also ob tained an analytical dependency to determine the minimum maxima of the functional dependency described above. Practical value. The results obtained in this paper can be used to minimize the time and computational resources needed to process "big data" represented by mtuples based on OSAC.

Intensification of coal mining from mine seams of 0.55–1.20 m thick requires increasing efficiency of loose coal loading that may be achieved by selecting the optimal parameters of auger operating device of a shearer. The most reliable way to determine effect of the auger parameters on the energy parameters of the shearer operation is experimental research in actual operating conditions. As the subjects of the research, we selected up-to-date UKD400 and UKD200-500 shearers, operating in representative conditions of the Krasny Partizan mine of SE SVERDLOVANTRATSIT and Ternovskaya mine of DTEK PAVLOGRADUGOL PJSC. An adaptive method for specific mining operating conditions is proposed for determining the specific energy consumption of the shearers on material disruption and loading for thin seams in actual operating conditions based on fixing the values of currents of the cutting drive motors. Based on processing of the experimental data, an indicative dependence of the power for rock mass loading on the feed rate and the effective width of the operating device is determined. Increasing the auger effective width results in increasing the loading power and specific energy consumption. At the same time, the higher the shearer feed rate, the greater the growth of the loading power and specific energy consumption. This is due to the beginning of the process of loose rock mass circulation, and the larger the auger effective width, the more intensive the circulation process, and at the lower feed rate of the shearer the process starts. A method is proposed for selecting the auger optimum effective width based on the criteria of minimum specific energy consumption and maximum commercial productivity.
