Dynamic Variations in Rumen Fermentation Characteristics and Bacterial Community Composition during In Vitro Fermentation

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the dynamic variations of rumen fermentation characteristics and bacterial community composition during a 24 h in vitro fermentation.
