Introduction. Anthraxisazoonoticdisease, which has keeps being registered in different areas of the world which signifies the constant threatofthediseaseemergenceandspread. One of the current ways of increasing efficiency of anthrax vaccines is applying advanced technologies, protein engineering[1].However, among its disadvantages is that fact the anthrax antigen is easily destroyed by enzymes proteases [2]. Therefore,modernveterinarysciencefaces urgentproblemsofdevelopingeffectivepreventivemeasuresinanimalsagainstanthrax. ON-timevaccinationwithfullcoverageof all livestock, animal revaccination of all kinds,strict control over the gravesites remnantsofcorpsesafterburning,observanceand enforcementofoperatinginstructionsduring improvingactionsindisadvantagedlocations makesthebasisforanthraxprevention[3-4].
