Dynamics of indicators of cadets’ physical readiness in the process of their military-professional training

Abstract: The article examines the dynamics of the development of paratrooper cadets’ physical qualities in the process of military-professional training under the influence of crossfit classes. 95 cadets (men) of the Military Academy (Odesa) took part in the study.
