E-health system characteristics, medical performance and healthcare quality at UNRWA-Palestine health centers

Abstract: PurposeThis study aims to investigate how e-health system characteristics (information quality, system quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness) contribute to the enhancement of medical staff performance, patient care, and doctor–patient relationships at UNRWA-Gaza healthcare centers.
