The effectiveness of Undiksha e-learning as one of the official learning media for the Undiksha Physical and Health Study Program has not been measured scientifically. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning using Undiksha E-Learning in the Physical Education and Health Study program during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a survey design. The sample of this study was all students of the Physical Education Study Program, amounting to 120 people. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire packaged into google forms. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results showed that online learning using Undiksha's E-Learning during the covid-19 pandemic in the Physical Education and Health Study program was quite effective. This is revealed from online learning using Undiksha E-Learning, the concentration of students in paying attention to the explanations of the lecturers is 96%, the level of student understanding of learning materials is 88%, student motivation in participating in online learning using Undiksha E-Learning is 77%, and on student learning outcomes classified as 88%. The results of the study show that online learning using Undiksha's E-Learning during the covid-19 pandemic in the Physical Education and Health Study program is quite effective. The results of this study have implications for the sustainability of the use of Undiksha e-learning as a learning platform used by Undiksha lecturers and students.

The availability of facilities has not been able to optimize the implementation of learning. This has resulted in some students not being able to take online lessons properly; about 29.4% of students have never taken online lessons so that students miss lessons that are carried out according to schedule. This study aims to develop a website-based Learning Management System to facilitate learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is included in research and development (R&D) by adopting the Alessi & Trollip development model. The subjects of this study were, among others, two media experts, two material experts, and two subject teachers in junior high schools. The data collection technique used a test based on the product developed for each research subject using the appropriate instrument. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively using the proportion to choose the LMS product. The results of the research data that the assessment above is 88.88% of media experts, the amount of material obtained is 91.22%, and prospective users consisting of students and teachers are 91.88%, which means that the acquisition of media and subject matter to be used is 81%, which are included in the very decent or excellent category so that there is no need for revision or improvement. Thus the learning application, namely the learning management system (LMS), can be used as a tool to support the learning process during online learning activities.

Masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum familiar akan fitur Big Blue Button ini dikarenakan belum optimalnya sosialisasi terhadap fitur yang ada di E-learning. Selain itu, banyak dosen yang lebih memilih menggunakan zoom cloud meetings karena pemakaiannya lebih mudah dan stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan E-learning sebagai media pembelajaran saat pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan melalui google form. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pascasarjana pendidikan teknologi dan kejuruan sejumlah 21 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Kuesioner dibuat memakai skala likert yang ada lima alternatif jawaban. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis statistic kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu indikator tujuan pembelajaran dilihat bahwa tingkat capaian responden (TCR) mencapai 77,20% dengan kategori cukup. Indikator sarana prasarana pembelajaran dilihat bahwa TCR mencapai 82,07% dengan kategori baik. Indikator kemampuan menggunakan teknologi dilihat bahwa TCR mencapai 81,18% dengan kategori baik. Indikator efisiensi waktu dilihat bahwa TCR mencapai 81,93% dengan kategori baik. Indikator hasil pembelajaran dilihat bahwa TCR mencapai 86,70%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan E-learning sebagai media pembelajaran saat pandemi covid-19 dikategorikan efektif, bisa dilihat dari hasil penelitian pada 5 indikator ada 4 indikator yang kategori baik dan ada 1 yang kategori cukup.
