Eagle’s Syndrome: Treatment by Intraoral Bilateral Resection of the Ossified Stylohyoid Ligament. A review and Report of Two Cases

Abstract: The complexities of Eagle's syndrome are examined according to anatomical, historical, clinical, and treatment aspects. There appears to be little correlation between the extent, form, and size of the anomalies of the styloid process and the stylohyoid ligament and the predictability of patients with related symptoms.
