Early neuropsychological dysfunction in elderly high-risk patients after on-pump and off-pump coronary bypass surgery

Abstract: Off-pump CABG reduced postoperative NP dysfunction in elderly patients with severe systemic atherosclerosis compared to on-pump CABG.
