ECG Acquisition Based AVR Microcontroller and Java Application for Visualisation via Email Service

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a portable efficient low cost healthcare system to establish a mobile telecare environment for low income countries. This system acquires ECG signal and enables monitoring patient remotely rather than keeping them in emergency care due to the lacking of expensive ECG devices.
