Echocardiography can predict which patients will develop severe mitral regurgitation after percutaneous mitral valvulotomy

Abstract: This new mitral regurgitation echocardiographic score can predict the development of severe mitral regurgitation after percutaneous mitral valvulotomy and can be useful in the selection of patients for this technique.
