“…In this case, the populations which had higher quantity of mosses the regeneration of that population was higher, and the populations which had lower quantity of mosses or where is not dominant the plant community with mosses, the regeneration was lower. Previous investigation reported that R. serbica populations in Kosovo is rare and have been threatened in category of Vulnerable (VU) plant species (Gashi 2013;Gashi et al 2013b;Millaku et al 2013), while R. nathaliae populations in Kosovo is Endangered (EN) plant species (Millaku et al, 2013). Having this fact, we have instantly started to apply methods for their micro propagation and in vitro conservation, by this we have tried to give our contribution on their ex situ preservation at germ plasm of these plants species.…”
