Economics of groundnut production in Amravati

Abstract: : An attempt has been made to study the economics of groundnut production in Amravati district of Maharashtra state. The study revealed that at overall level, the per hectare cost of cultivation of summer groundnut was worked out to Rs.73737.76. It increased with increase in size of holdings from Rs.71720.4 on small to Rs.75588.97 on medium sized farms.
