Abstract: When performing arthroscopic surgical management of symptomatic cases of hip femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), it is important to consider how much cam lesion resection is required, if any. Generally, failure to adequately address a cam lesion could result in progressive damage to the articular cartilage.
